Ex-NBA player Gorgui Dieng has taken on a new role as Special Housing Advisor at Hopewell 360, LLC, a real estate developer in Minnesota.
Dieng is known for developing multi-tenant projects in both the Twin Cities and Senegal. “The Hopewell 360 Building System uses a unique assembly process with dozens of state-required inspections and over 80 quality checks,” Dieng explained. “This method allows buildings to be constructed in half the time compared to traditional methods. The system is also highly resilient across various climates.”

Hopewell 360’s website states that their structures are mostly built in production facilities before being installed on site, cutting build time by half compared to conventional methods. This approach provides high-quality living spaces with modern designs and finishes while operating on net-zero energy principles.
Sweden leads the world in prefabricated homes, with 80% factory-built. Hopewell 360 aims to follow this model by aligning real estate development with precision-built offsite construction.
